目前评测部分强依赖 docker，绝大多数评测逻辑由 bash 完成，考虑对这部分进行改造：

  • 在 Runner 中手动实现容器机制
  • 去除 shell 脚本的依赖
    • 问题自定义构建部分的脚本可保留
    • 在 9f1ad95f4e 中已完成
